New tool: list commits between commit shas

Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

I'd like the LLM to be able to get the contents this page via tool: https://github.com/palantir/gradle-consistent-versions/compare/2.32.0...2.33.0 (Just the commits list, not the files diff.)

This would help with identifying how an API was broken in a repo and how other repos should handle that API break.
