When using 'Get Copilot Space', files are not found from space for uploaded files

Describe the bug

When the 'Get Copilot Space' mcp tool is called by the agent in vscode it gets the space, but not the files that are in the space

Affected version

GitHub MCP Server 0.13.0 (version available in marketplace)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Steps we took, when this occurred:

Create personal space, use 'upload files' to add files to space. then duplicate space to an organization. Then go to VSCode, use agent mode for copilot chat. and try to get information from the space by making it use the get space tool for the created space.

Expected vs actual behavior

I expect the files to be found when the 'Get Copilot Space' tool is used by vscode agent.
