Can we support the change from common table to partitioned table

:wave: @kert8888 please can you provide more details of what you're trying to do - it would be useful to see the before and after table structures, and what happens when you try to run that migration using gh-ost. Thanks!

When I need to change some archived tables into partitioned tables, I need to modify the primary key unique key and add partitions；before this function ,I usually do like"Using shadow table is directly transformed into a partitioned table when building the shadow table"
