What article on docs.github.com is affected?

I was looking here: https://docs.github.com/en/webhooks/webhook-events-and-payloads#check_run and I can't figure out why action is not marked as a required field.

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

Determine if we can expect the field to be required.
