What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

Adding more detail to the org team sync docs to warn folks that if SAML is set up at the enterprise level, team sync must also be set at the enterprise level. You cannot set it up with an individual org. Based on this ticket: https://github.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/1982581
