corrected Organization SP SSO SAML URL

Path incorrectly included "/saml" in it.

Why:

Fixes 404 for non existent URI path.

What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

Removed "/saml" from the URI path from the Organization SSO URL.
