Typo: regex's should be surrounded by forward slashes, not backslashes

Regular expressions should be surrounded by forward slashes, but this doc referred to them as both "forward slashes" and "backslashes" in different places.

I'll submit a PR updating "backslashes" -> "forward slashes".
