What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

The article outlines feathers icons v4.28.0, but this is incorrect, as the 'tool' icon for one is not available. This icon was released with 4.23.0.

Perhaps someone just has to run an update job somewhere...

This the warning when attempting to create an action with the tool icon defined.

The doc you linked (https://docs.github.com/en/actions/creating-actions/metadata-syntax-for-github-actions#brandingicon) states that although Actions uses Feather icons v4.28.0, some icons are specifically omitted, and tool is one of those omitted.
