CLI stutters and scrolls up and down after some prompts

Describe the bug

After some prompts, the terminal will start to scroll up and down rapidly which creates a "stuttering" affect. Only way to stop it is to click on the scroll bar and manually scroll it all the way back down.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Make prompts

Expected behavior

Scroll and position of terminal should stay fixed to the bottom and output.

I had this bug too, on windows powershell version 0.0.347. Didn't stumble upon this on MacOs terminal.

im like 85% sure this is cuz someitmes it prints / ``cats``` multiple EOF and newlines and stuff to "explain" its tasks after its done and it just goes crazy with newlines. maybe in hte prompt they should tell it, yo you are in a terminal environment.

version 0.0.351 still have the same problem, if not worst. Also part of the update was so sonnet would stop making so many .md files, that didn't work either. My repo is flooded with .md files.

Help, I have the same issue. My terminal is scrolling wildly all over the place both on Linux and MacOS.
