These are all great ideas, could we have a way to actually customize shortcuts for all commands ?

Just to add to the list, I'd like to see C-a C-e C-k C-f C-b M-f and M-b, C-h and M-h.

Basically same as terminal interactions and text manipulations as is "standard" for most shells (unless you've gone and set -o vi you heretic 😉 )

(Clarification - C = Ctrl, M = Meta aka Alt)
