We can't link to any alert, for non-dismissed alert there's no option either:

I was under impression that we can filter by branch on Code scanning alerts index page but that doesn't seem to be the case. @AlonaHlobina, do you know if it was ever possible?

Without looking at the code, my hunch would be that it's not that trivial. But we could give it an hour or two of investigation or look into it during our team swarm, cc @b4mboo.
