Installer for VS Preview Update 17.3.0 P4 Really hosed my MAUI install

I have been using the preview version and working exclusively in MAUI for months. I update the preview whenever one is released -- normally without any problems.

Yesterday, I update to 17.3.0 P4 and immediately I see complaints for Android 33 packages there were not installed. I had no idea on how to resolve this at first.

I when into the Android SDK manager to guessed on what I needed, but even my Android SDK manager seem to be outdated with imprecise listings that didn't make any sense until I completely uninstalled/reinstalled Android Studio. The newest release clearly shows the 33 API version. It made better sense to me at that point.

The VS install just degraded as I worked with it. The problem just got worse until I tried to uninstall/reinstall it completely.

NOW, I'm having trouble getting the MAUI templates to show -- my previous work in MAUI won't compile and run -- almost as if VS doesn't recognize it anymore.

The installed clearly allows me to select the MAUI tools sets for install --- but the tools are not delivered now.

My next option is to wipe my drive and install everything fresh again from scratch. I don't know what else to do at this point.
