Support VS2022

There is no built in support for viewing and reviewing pull requests in VS2022. It just opens a web browser.

See also #2634. I really would like this extension to support Visual Studio 2022 so that I can complete pull requests in Visual Studio instead of the browser.

Says issue is closed. This is a great feature and one of the things holding me back from switching to 2022. I don't understand why its not supported, and I really hope it this gets bumped in priority.
