What happened

We use GitHub Enterprise Quite often me and my colleagues see the issue, that we just see the "error" : "This repository is not on GitHub" when opening the GitHub extension dialog. All the Git Action like Fetch, Pull, Checkout ... work well.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. start VS2019
2. open a solution from a Git repository (cloned from GitHub enterprise)
3. open the GitHub dialog
4. you just see the error and a "Get Started" button (clicking on Get Started does not do anything!)

Expected behavior

I'd expect to see the Pull Request (what sometimes works, but other times not) Not sure if it also might be an issue with GitHub Enterprise.
