github sign working only as admin

Hi all,

I am facing an issue in my visual studio 2019 / 2017 , currently i am not having admin rights in my company laptop , whenever i try to sign in to github from visual studio i am unable to do so

but when i launch VS as admin i am able to do so , hence i reached our support team they provided me temporary admin rights

during the time when i had admin rights i was able to open VS and signin to Github

initially i thought the software could be installed as admin so that only in admin it is working but the weird thing is after i got admin rights i am able to login

not sure if admin rights has to do with VS git hib sign in , my collegues are able to access without any issues

Please let me know if ay alternate steps could be done as we tried to reinstall the application couple of times which did not help
