visual studio 2019 installer keeps downloading windows 7

visual studio 2019 installer keeps downloading on windows 7 for the memory of 70.48 MB which is doesn't even moving to next screen where we give Workloads\ Individual Components\ Language Packages\ Installation locations. It is just opening the installer and initial download. it is never moving to Package download screens. Keeps on dwnloading initial installer.

Hi . Dude do you use windows 7 32bit ? I recommend you to change your windows to 64bit . I did it now visual works perfect for me .

I had this problem on windows 7 32bit but i changed my windows to 7 64bit . Then the problem solved .
