Forgot to mention I am using: GH extension for VS v2.9.1.7781 VS 2019 v16.1.1

This happens to me with:

GH extension for VS version - 2.10.8.8132 VS 2019 version - 16.3.7

We had an open Pull Request from a "ghost" user. After closing that PR everything works fine. But if I now switch the view to "Closed" I get it again.
