Content repeatedly getting cut off in Chats after a while and automatic scrolling to the bottom stops working

Describe the bug In Copilot Chat windows (not matter what size the window is / if it is full screen) content will always repeatedly get completely cut-off at the bottom in the chat no matter what after a while. Automatically scrolling to the bottom also stops working, i.e. I have to always manually scroll down on my own to the bottom to see what's happening and to allow commands (If the "allow" button didn't get cut off again by the other issue). This is especially annoying and slightly more time-consuming with a multi-screen setup.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start/Open a Chat
2. Let the AI Agent do bigger tasks
3. Wait / let the AI do it's thing and maybe make some more requests in the chat till the issues appear
