Tapping "Allow"
Please add an option, that we do not always need to tap "Allow" to proceed.
Should this setting fix the problem of the need to tap "Allow" all the time?
If so, it's not working for me.

Hey @Urkman , where is that toggle? I am using Copilot for Xcode version 0.44.0 and can't find it in the settings. I have the same issue - asked to allow Copilot to use an external MCP tool every single time!
I think you need to enable install of "pre-releases".
Right, I installed it but enabling that option didn't change anything. The agent mode still asks for permission which is also your case. Hope they fix it soon
Hi @Urkman and @naykutguven , the toggle is for our new Subagent feature. Turning it off means that when you’re in Agent mode, it won’t automatically invoke your custom agents—it’s unrelated to auto-approval. Auto-approval for tool calls and MCP tools is already on our roadmap and will be added soon.
Thanks for your answer. I hope thats with a high priority on your Roadmap, because it is annoying to click "Allow" every couple of seconds :(

It's definitely the one with high priority, and we are working on it - aiming for January. Will keep you posted!
