Can't disable or uninstall Copilot

There seem to be no way in the settings to disable Copilot so it does not auto launch when I open Xcode. I checked the official documentations and there is nothing about disabling copilot.

In addition, can you please provide steps to uninstall it.

I haven't used it, but there is an uninstall script: https://github.com/github/CopilotForXcode/blob/main/Script/uninstall-app.sh
