Display message when app is configured for dual org mode

There is currently nothing in the UI to notify the user when the app is running in dual org mode.

There should be some message, banner, icon, etc to show the user that the app is configured in dual org mode.

Additional context

This is will not be a common occurrence, but it would be nice to have because the user might not know how the app is configured unless they were the one that set it up.

Should potentially also show the location of the mirror in the mirror table.
