Hi, I already follow your instruction and i got this error before that happened I do the following things

git clone https://github.com/gitfarhan/chat_analytics.git rename my chat with "chat.txt" and copy it to this directory pip3 install -r requirements.txt python3 chat_analytics.py -f ./chat.txt
