Issue description

System.Exception: Error getting config values
BUG (fork bomb): D:\Program Files\Git\bin\git.exe

after updating git extensions I started getting errors about failing to load my theme. I don't recall I create any theme for Git-Extensions

Steps to reproduce

After installing new version of git extensions I started getting these error messages even though I did not change my theme
