No preview of tags / tags displayed in admin mode

Description

1. When adding tags to a page, newly added tags are not shown in the preview.
2. When on a page with tags, they are shown also when I switch to admin mode.

Steps to reproduce

1.1 Edit a page and add some tags 1.2 Click "Preview"

2.1 Go to a page with tags on it 2.2 Go to admin menu

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]

1. Newly added tags should be shown in the preview
2. Tags should not show up in the admin mode

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]

1. Newly added tags are not shown in the preview, only after saving the page.
2. Tags show up in the admin mode.
