Fixed header vs. anchors

When jumping to a an anchor on a long page, the actual link target will be covered by the fixed header. I had success fixing this problem using the trick mentioned at https://stackoverflow.com/a/28824157 might be worth adding this by default?

Tested on Hogfather with stable/20210311
