Dark themes make media managers unreadable

I'm having issues such as found here with the media manager and popup media manager. It's all white text on white backgrounds. Going by the workaround there, I did try sprinkling inherit all over a local _media_fullscreen.css which fixed some of it, but a more knowledgeable, targeted fix is needed.
