Text Styling Based on Section Level

The best way to explain this is with an image. I did this using the arctic template on a local install of dokuwiki:

indenting_sections

Basically, I would like to be able to style text based on the section it appears under. In the image, this shows indented text. However, others might also like to apply different font sizing, for example. Why? Because I find that having sections indented makes the document structure much more clear.

My knowledge of CSS is very limited, and I cannot find any way to do this with bootstrap3. Is there are way? If not, could it be implemented?
