bootstrap does not work correctly with nav overlay-plugin

Description

I just installed the new bootstrap-template. It seems that the resize-location point (3 small diagonal lines) of the popup-window of the nav overlay plugin (from Myron Turner), in which indexmenu shows the index, moves with the scrolling within this window and does not remain at its lower right edge (as it probably should be)

Expected behavior: [The location point of sizing should remain at the lower right edge of the window]

Actual behavior: [The location point of sizing scrolls with the content of the nav overlay popup-window]
