[Feature Request] Off Canvas menu for navbar/sidebar in mobile view

Description

Actually, the bootstrap template for dokuwiki supports just the default navbar collapsing menu that slides vertically on the page.

It would be nice having an option for enabling off canvas menu that shifts a menu horizontally.

Off Canvas is an approach more similar to mobile UIs and therefore more natural, also, when done right, I found it also smoother.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click/touch the hamburger menu

Expected behaviour: Have a shifting off canvas menu sliding left to right (or viceversa).

Actual behaviour: A menu is showed hovering vertically on the page.

I would like the sidebars (both left and right) having the possibility of doing this, not just in mobile size, but on desktop as well. Then they will suddenly become so much more useful, to me at least.
