Section toggle error in mobile phone(when touch the screen)

Description

Last time, you fixed section toggle problem, so thank you to help, but it is error ever...^^;; If access with mobile phone, and touch to up & down on screen, h2 section is toggled(folded) ever.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Access with mobile phone
  2. Touch and scroll to up & down on screen
  3. You can see that h2 section re-toggle(fold)
  4. And, if h3~h6 section located in h2 section, h2 section not work to open the section
