Hi! first of all, thank you for this awesome theme.

Would it be possible to also add https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:twistienav ?

Not sure if it fits well into bootswatch but I used twistienav with dokuwiki and really liked the horizontal style of navigation.

twistienav does not seem to work at all.
