Callouts first line of text doesn't get <p>

When using the <callout></callout> wrapper, the first line of text doesn't get nested in a <p>, causing the text styling to be different than the rest of the callout. Unfortunately this also means the text can't be fully styled through user styles as it can't be targeted.

I've turned off all of my custom styling to test this (not that the css would affect the generated HTML tags). For some reason this issue doesn't show up on the example callouts on Lotar's Wiki.
