User can't import Github avatar

Overview A user is trying to import their Github avatar to their Gitcoin profile but it won't persist.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Impersonate user ncookiez
2. Go to My Account -> Settings -> Account
3. Scroll down to Profile Photo
4. Click "Use Github Avatar" (you should see success message)
5. Refresh page

Observed behavior The Gitcoin avatar reverts back to our default image

Expected behavior The user's avatar should remain as the Github avatar
