Overview Looks like it was initially paid with a speed up or failed transaction and the app didn't catch the last one.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://gitcoin.co/issue/28904
  2. Scroll down to 'SUBMISSIONS'
  3. See wrong tx and the 'Pending Verification'
