Unable to add missing zkSync contributions

Overview Support is unable to manually add contributions from zkSync through the missing contributions flow.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to form
  2. Select zkSync as checkout type
  3. Enter in wallet address and username (see list below)
  4. Hit submit
  5. See error
