Remove Github URL when submitting work to Custom Issue

User Story: As a contributo I dont want to be asked for a github issue URL on custom issues So that it doesnt confuse me and stop from submitting work

Acceptance Criteria GIVEN I am viewign a bounty that was created from a custom issue WHEN I am submitting work THEN i shouldnt see the Github Issue URL on the submit work form... Should only show for Github issues

@nutrina - Will found this and we should def remove that field with the error on submit work when youre submitting work to a custom issue.

Looks good to me! only minor feedback id have is there a way to make project url more broad then having help text that doesnt piegon hole the user to Github?? @willsputra do you have an idea ofwhat it could be?

this isnt a show stopper imo tho.

was thinking of something like "myproject.com" but afraid users might think they need to submit a whole new website...
