User Story: As a funder I want to be able to associate many tags to my bounty So that contributors can filter based on tags and understand the needs of my bounty
Acceptance Criteria Form initiation GIVEN i am logged into Gitcoin WHEN i click fund issue THEN i will land on the bounty type step AND a type ahead drop down will display with the following prepopulated tags

lgtm! @GTChase we just need to prepopulate with the right list of tags on production
@nutrina - can we pull the most commonly used tags for 2022?? Or the last 3 months, what ever is easiest? Moving to todo until we can get this final list.. It will be dependent on pulling the above.. @nutrina
@GTChase have provided you the list in Discord
@nutrina - updated with what our first iteration of Tags should be! Moving back to todo so you can update that list. will retest when we have that.
