Not sure how this is intended, but at least the specified installation does not work for me. Either npm complain about there not being package.json or does nothing. Even worse in case you thought it would be tidy to have 'smart-contracts' in the gitcoinweb folder, it looks in the parent directory and gets even more confused. Any hints what is the right way to install packages, presumably those from package-lock.json?
