Update Holonym Stamp Language to include ePassports
User Story:
As a user with a Government issued Passport I want to be able to pass KYC with Holonym So that I can obtain the Holonym stamp easily without any fees
Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN a user has the ePassport credential from Holonym WHEN they come to Gitcoin Passport THEN they understand that they are able verify the KYC credential
Update the language in the sidebar: from "Have a smartphone, valid ID, and an Ethereum wallet with ~$10 in ETH or AVAX." to "Have a smartphone, valid ID, and an Ethereum wallet with $0 (ePassport) or ~$10 in ETH or AVAX for Government ID.
from "Go to Holonym's page, verify your ID by connecting your wallet, pay the verification fee, and follow prompts to take ID and selfie photos." to "Go to Holonym's page, verify your ID by connecting your wallet, and follow prompts to obtain the Governement ID or ePassport Proofs" (update Holonym's page to be a URL with a link to https://holonym.id/)
Change "Government ID" to "Holonym KYC" Change "Proven uniqueness using Holonym with government ID" to "Proven uniqueness using Holonym KYC with government ID or ePassport"

Notes/Assumptions:
@erichfi I think we should do this sooner than later as it would dramatically reduce the KYC costs for users who wanted to use a Passport and would qualify.
@erichfi Sorry, with more digging the Holonym team confirmed that the ePassport is included. We just need to update the language and the support documentation
