We're showing the wrong Self staked amount and the user is unable to unstake

The user gets this error when they try to unstake from prior season because the incorrect amount is showing up:

They staked 125 GTC, but we're displaying 375 GTC. I checked in admin and I see 3 staking events which all point to the same txid
