What happened?

I am trying to update the round description for the Sei QF Round 2 and it's hung here when I update. The txn seems to be going through but the page is not updating.

What should have happened instead?

The round description should update

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to https://manager.gitcoin.co/#/chain/1329/round/9
2. go to round settings
3. try to update the description and save
