Explorer: Fix navbar margins in donation history page & cart

Overview The navbar in the donation history page & the cart doesn't follow the 80px margin rule. The navbar should always be as wide as the content of the page.

Details So far we've noticed this behavior in the donation history page and in the cart. If you see it occurring in any other page, please call it out!
