Adding Someone to Round in Manager not Working

What was the URL where the error occurred?

What happened?

I added Ceara to this round in manager using the new manage team function but she is not able to see other round

What should have happened instead?

Ceara should be able to see and approve grantees in the round

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to manager using OP network
2. select the round and then manage team
3. add person
