Intermittant issues with displaying donation hitosry

Here's an example ticket (real issue) created from Intercom.

Issue: donor is not seeing donations populated on his donation history page, though I do. He has proved he is looking at the right link etc and sent me a screenshot of the blank page.

I will investigate to see if there are any intermittant outages that could be impacting this!
