What happened?

Hello - I tried to submit the app in Climate Solutions Round and got stuck here, it never loaded. I refreshed the page, made sure everything was correct, and it happened again. There's no way for me to click out of the window without losing the whole application again.

What should have happened instead?

application should have been submitted
