Donation UI flow Stuck after Transaction is Sent

What happened?

After signing the transaction with USDC as currency, the UI was stuck there for 1 hour; at the end i just closed it.

Donations were confirmed on chain and added to the donor profile, but UI was stuck at that step forever.

What should have happened instead?

Donation UI should've showed Thank you page after transaction is confirmed on chain
