What happened?

Kris is reporting that when he exports the CSV for Citizens Retro 3, a few email addresses are missing, although they are obligatory and in the applications. He mentions it seems to be doing this with all Hotmail addresses and some gmail addresses.

What should have happened instead?

All emails should have been exported per usual

1. go to manager/program for Citizens Retro 3 Round
2. click on export csv
