Implement subgraph and integrate into Grant Hub

Note: from Daniele's PR, the list of projects are coming from the subgraph (metadata is still being fetched from IPFS).

Tasks:

  • [ ] Need to start integrating application with subgraph (stop fetching from events and fetch from subgraph instead)
  • [ ] Call out which pages have been updated with subgraph for review
