Background

Problem: We received feedback from round operators that they wanted to have the ability to require projects having socials and/or verification of project socials when applying to a round. This is because this information can be critical for determining if a project can be admitted into a round (i.e. Open Source Software Round). Currently, all project socials are optional by default, so there is no way to do this today.

Solution: We want to give round operators the ability to require Github/Twitter and verification of Github/Twitter when they are setting up a round. Then, a grantee would not be able to apply to that round until their Github/Twitter has been inputted (and verified, if that's required by the round).

Goal: Enable round operators to be able to require project socials and/or verification of those socials.

User Story As a round operator, I want to have the ability to require project socials (Twitter, Github) when setting up a round so that applications to my round contain information I need to properly evaluate the project

Acceptance Criteria GIVEN that I am a round operator WHEN I am setting up a round THEN I see a Project Socials section (Project Twitter, Project Github)
