project details: for projects that have applied to a round but the round has not started, be able to view submitted application

User Story As a project owner, I want to be able to view my submitted application, so that I know I can review it if needed

Acceptance Criteria GIVEN that I have applied to an upcoming round that has not yet started WHEN I look at the project details page THEN I see a button to view my submitted application

Notes

  • See Figma for designs for the submitted application view
  • This should work for anyone who has applied to a round, regardless of application status
